Mannford, Oklahoma      Replacement home for 2012 fire victim

In a rapidly spreading fire through parts of northeast Oklahoma many homes were lost in Mannford, Drumright and surrounding areas.  With very few minutes of warning homes and memorabilia were destroyed and lives changed.  Faithful friends who saved our information from a show several years ago gave it to this customer.  This home is 33x40 (1320 sf main level)  plus a 650sf loft that is unobstructed playroom for the grandchildren.  The floor plan is simple with two bedrooms, one bath, utility room and nice kitchen open to the living area.  Two sides of this home has a covered deck for viewing at any time of day in any kind of weather.

Panels are delivered via flat bed trailers to the construction site.  A numbering system corresponding with the engineered blueprint promotes faster assembly time by an experienced construction crew.  A structure on a foundation stem wall provides a 360 degree thermal envelope although slab construction is an option.   Panel thickness can vary from the wall, roof or floor to achieve the thermal affects desired.   Window and door openings are precisely cut and readied for installation, another on-site time and cost savings. Vertical and horizontal electrical chases are clearly marked. The panel manufacturer also provides on-site service to the general contractor and the crew if requested.
